●  HYGP102 series tilt and turn windows are based on the latest national standard GB8478-2020. They use the 102 series basic profiles to form multiple series and opening modes of insulated aluminum alloy casement doors and windows through changes in insulation strips and auxiliary profiles.

● The insulation strips of this system are completely aligned, so that the overall isotherms of the doors and windows are in the same plane, which can improve the thermal insulation performance of the entire window.

● The hardware installation notch position of the glass sash at the opening position adopts a frame 14mm wide notch + sash 20C groove design. Hardware accessories have strong universal performance.

● The glass notches of this structure are designed to be glue-free (EPDM is used inside the glass, and EPDM foamed composite soft and hard co-extruded rubber strips are used outside the glass, which greatly increases the extrusion amount of the rubber strips outside the glass), and the opening position is sealed with three rubber strips to separate the watertight cavity from the airtight cavity.

● The outer frame has two options for hidden drainage frame or floor drain drainage frame.

● The outer frame, conversion frame, and sash all adopt an integrated glue injection angle code design.

● The angle flattening steel sheets used are all 304 stainless steel glue injection steel sheets.

● The inner sash and outer frame are flush: both are flush with the indoor and outdoor frame sashes.

● The fixed position has two options for beveled edge pressing and whole frame square pressing; beveled edge pressing is simple and beautiful; whole frame square pressing has a strong sense of lines.
